Broadband: Defining the Project, Team Assembly, Asset Mapping

In partnership with the National League of Cities, the Milken Institute co-hosted a broadband bootcamp with two parts to explore the critical early stages of advancing your broadband project, with a focus on Anchor Institutions. During this session, we explore: How to define your project's statement of purpose to use for subsequent planning, different stakeholders to consider during your team assembly phase, and how to develop your broadband asset map with different available data sources.
